Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 26, 2026
JT Digital Marketing (“we,” “us,” or “our”) builds websites, apps, and marketing campaigns for small businesses. This policy explains what personal information we collect through jtdigitalmarketing.com and our advertising, how we use it, and the choices you have. We do not sell your personal information.
Information you give us
The only information we ask for directly is what you type into our quote form. That includes:
- Your name
- Your email address
- The type of project you are interested in
- Any optional details you choose to add in the message field, such as a link to your current site, your timeline, or your budget
Please only include information you are comfortable sharing. We do not ask for and do not want sensitive information such as Social Security numbers, government ID numbers, health information, or payment card numbers through this form.
If you contact us by email or through our Facebook page instead, we receive whatever information you include in that message.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, when you visit our site we and our analytics and advertising providers automatically receive certain technical information, including your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, how you interact with the page, and the site or ad that referred you. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies.
How we use your information
- To respond to your quote request and follow up with you about your project
- To prepare estimates, proposals, and, if you hire us, to deliver and support the work
- To measure which ads and pages actually generate leads, so we can improve them
- To detect spam and abusive form submissions
- To meet legal, tax, and record-keeping obligations
We contact you because you asked us to. We do not add you to a marketing newsletter from a quote request, and we do not send unsolicited bulk email.
Advertising and analytics
We advertise on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google, and we use tracking tools to understand whether those ads are working. Specifically, this site uses:
- Meta Pixel. Records page views, when someone starts filling out our form, and when a quote request is submitted. Meta may use this to measure ad performance and show you our ads on its platforms.
- Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking. Tells us how visitors find and move through the site, and which ad clicks led to a quote request.
These tools tell us that a lead happened and where it came from. They are not used to build a profile of you for sale to anyone else.
You can limit this tracking at any time:
- Adjust your Meta ad preferences in your Facebook ad settings.
- Adjust your Google ad preferences at Google Ad Settings.
- Install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
- Block or clear cookies in your browser settings, or use your browser's private browsing mode.
How we share information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only in these situations:
- Service providers. Our quote form is delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms, our site is hosted on Vercel, and our advertising and analytics are handled by Meta and Google. These providers process data on our behalf.
- Legal reasons. If we are required to by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
- Business transfer. If the business is ever sold or merged, client and inquiry records may transfer as part of that transaction.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests for as long as we may reasonably need them to follow up or to keep records of our client relationships. If you ask us to delete your information, we will do so unless we are required to keep it for legal or accounting reasons.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you. Just email jtdigital@jtdigitalmarketing.com and we will take care of it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA; we honor those requests regardless of where you are located, and we will not discriminate against you for making one.
Security
Our site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection and form submissions are transmitted securely. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the information you send us and we limit access to it.
Children's privacy
Our site and services are meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and revise the “last updated” date above.
